1. Agreement to Terms

Stellar Events provides event planning and organization services, including but not limited to:

• Corporate event planning
• Wedding planning
• Private celebration organization
• Venue selection and management
• Vendor coordination

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services
• Final payment is due 14 days before the event
• All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated

3.2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60+ days before the event: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event: 25% refund (excluding deposit)
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: No refund

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Comply with venue and vendor requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

Stellar Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, or government restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our materials are owned by Stellar Events. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our website.
